Sahil Chand is the Founder of One Adsphere, a performance-driven marketing and lead generation agency, and an experienced business leader with a proven track record in scaling brands, revenue, and operations across multiple industries.

 

Coming from a large family business background, Sahil has held senior executive roles as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), where he has led growth strategy, marketing systems, and operational execution. His work has contributed to the successful expansion of brands such as PCS Global and Solar Hub NZ, Fiji, and the Pacific, operating across regional and international markets.

 

In addition to agency and corporate leadership, Sahil pioneered his own property development company, YSJ Homes, applying performance marketing, financial strategy, and systems thinking to asset-based businesses.

 

Through One Adsphere and his broader business ventures, Sahil has helped deliver over $10 million in revenue for clients, building marketing systems focused on lead generation, conversion, and sustainable business growth — not vanity metrics.

 

Sahil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, combining formal business education with hands-on execution. His approach is grounded in real-world experience, data-driven decision-making, and building marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth.
