What counts as a "confirmed appointment"?

A confirmed appointment is one booked on your calendar after the lead passes the 3–4 qualifying questions you sign off on before launch - and confirmed by two-way SMS or email. Every booking is delivered with the AI call recording and transcript as proof.

Is the per-appointment rate really the only cost?

That's it - from $95 + GST per confirmed appointment, priced by industry. We fund and manage the Meta / Google ad spend ourselves, so there's nothing on top. No retainer, no setup fee, no lock-in.

What if I prepay and don't use all the appointments?

Unused credits roll forward indefinitely against future appointments. Or - if you want them refunded - we'll refund unused credits in full within 90 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How fast can we go live?

Most clients are live within 7 business days from sign-off. Onboarding covers questions, scripts, calendar integration and a supervised test run before any ad spend goes live.
