A confirmed appointment is one where the prospect has answered your signed-off qualifying questions correctly, agreed to a specific time, and that time is locked into your calendar with a confirmation message sent. Billing happens once the booking is confirmed — and every confirmed appointment is delivered with the AI call recording and transcript as proof.

Is there a retainer, setup fee or minimum spend?

No retainer, no setup fee and no minimum spend. We fund and manage the Meta and Google ad spend ourselves — you only pay $150 + GST per confirmed appointment delivered. Nothing on top.

What does the $150 actually include?

What if an appointment is a no-show?

Confirmed appointments are billed once they're booked, and every booking comes with the AI call recording and transcript. Automated reminders go out to cut no-shows; if a lead still doesn't show, following up and rebooking is in your hands — and unlike a raw lead, you're re-engaging someone who already answered your qualifying questions and booked a time on a recorded call. If show rates drop, we tighten the qualification questions together.
