Working with us
Where to start, what is included and where we work.
Which service should we start with?
If you want growth, not just leads, start with the Growth Partner: the whole marketing function run by one team every month. If you only need booked appointments, start with the Pickup System. If you need a site first, start with a website build.
From the Services page →Can we buy services separately?
Yes. Lead generation, creative, websites, CRM and AI automation and property marketing are all available on their own, and each is included in the Growth Partner.
From the Services page →Can we start with one piece first?
Yes. You can start with the Pickup System, the lead store or a website build, and move to a partnership when you are ready.
From the Growth Partner page →How is the Growth Partner priced?
As one monthly fee, scoped to your brand after a strategy call. The scope depends on the channels, markets and volume of creative we run for you, and it is agreed in writing before anything starts.
From the Growth Partner page →What is included in the Growth Partner each month?
Strategy, the market intelligence layer, creative and social, Meta and Google campaigns, websites and landing pages, CRM and AI automation, and weekly reporting with a strategist who moves the numbers.
From the Growth Partner page →What is the difference between the Growth Partner and the Pickup System?
The Growth Partner is your whole marketing function, run by one team every month. The Pickup System is a single outcome: you pay per confirmed appointment and we fund the ad spend. You can start with either and move between them.
From the Pricing page →Which markets do you cover?
New Zealand and Australia, run from Auckland.
From the Growth Partner page →Who is OneAdsphere?
OneAdsphere is a marketing agency in Auckland, New Zealand, founded in 2024 by Sahil Chand. The same team builds websites and runs SEO, ads, CRM and AI automation for brands across New Zealand and Australia. Email [email protected] or book a call.
From the SEO page →The Pickup System
Pay per confirmed appointment, with the ad spend funded by us.
What exactly is the Pickup System?
It’s OneAdsphere’s AI Conversion Engine: lead generation, an instant Voice AI caller, and multi-channel SMS and chatbot follow-up working as one system. It picks up every lead within 60 seconds, qualifies it against questions you sign off on, and books a confirmed appointment on your calendar.
From the The Pickup System page →How much does the Pickup System cost?
From $95 + GST per confirmed appointment (NZD). No retainers, no setup fees, no lock-in. We fund and manage the Meta and Google ad spend, so there’s nothing on top. You can start with a 10 to 15 appointment trial (we add a few free) before scaling.
From the The Pickup System page →What counts as a confirmed appointment?
A confirmed appointment is one where the prospect has answered your signed-off qualifying questions correctly, agreed to a specific time, and that time is locked into your calendar with a confirmation message sent. Billing happens once the booking is confirmed, and every confirmed appointment is delivered with the AI call recording and transcript as proof.
From the Pricing page →Is there a retainer on the Pickup System?
No retainer, no setup fee and no minimum spend. We fund and manage the Meta and Google ad spend ourselves: you only pay from $95 + GST per confirmed appointment delivered. Nothing on top.
From the Pricing page →What does the price include?
Dedicated Meta and Google campaigns, landing pages, Voice AI that calls within 60 seconds, SMS follow-up sequences, an AI chatbot on web, Messenger and WhatsApp, your dedicated CRM workspace, the booking system, and weekly reporting. Everything is trained on your knowledge base and your signed-off qualifying questions.
From the Pricing page →What if an appointment is a no-show?
Confirmed appointments are billed once they’re booked, and every booking comes with the AI call recording and transcript. Automated reminders go out to cut no-shows. If a lead still doesn’t show, following up and rebooking is in your hands, and unlike a raw lead, you’re re-engaging someone who already answered your qualifying questions and booked a time on a recorded call. If show rates drop, we tighten the qualification questions together.
From the Pricing page →Is the AI disclosed to my prospects?
By default it operates as your virtual assistant and only discloses it’s AI if asked. It can hand off to a human or stay virtual: the policy is whatever you’re comfortable with.
From the The Pickup System page →Which industries does it work for?
Anywhere speed-to-lead and proper qualification decide the deal: insurance, real estate, solar, mortgage and finance, and professional services. The engine stays the same; only the qualifying questions change.
From the The Pickup System page →Can the AI handle our specific industry?
Yes. Every script is custom. We train Voice AI, SMS templates and the chatbot on your knowledge base, your offer, your objection handling and your pricing.
From the Pricing page →How is this different from a lead marketplace?
Marketplaces sell the same lead to multiple businesses, with no qualification, no calls, and no calendar booking. We run dedicated campaigns under your brand, qualify each lead by AI voice, SMS and chatbot against your criteria, and only invoice when the meeting is on your calendar.
From the Pricing page →Websites
Six-page websites, copy included, built for Google and AI search.
How much does a website cost with OneAdsphere?
A six-page website costs $3,500 + GST in New Zealand, $2,997 + GST in Australia and US$2,097 in the United States, as a one-off price. There is no retainer and no lock-in, copywriting is included, and pages beyond the six are quoted separately.
From the Website design page →How long does a website take to build?
10 to 15 business days from receiving your content. Kick-off is day 1, design and build runs days 2 to 8, your two rounds of revisions are days 9 to 12, wire-up is days 13 and 14, and the site goes live on day 15.
From the Website design page →Do you write the copy?
Yes, copywriting is included. We write every page for you, built around what your customers actually search and ask, and you approve it before anything ships.
From the Website design page →What is not included in the price?
Custom photography or video, logo and full brand identity, e-commerce or payments, member logins, and ongoing maintenance after 30 days. Pages beyond the six are quoted separately. Ongoing care after the first 30 days is available as an optional monthly care plan.
From the Website design page →What happens after the site goes live?
You get 30 days of post-launch bug fixes and a handover walkthrough. Analytics and Search Console are installed and verified, so you can see the searches you appear for and the clicks you get from day one.
From the Website design page →Do you offer ongoing website care after launch?
Yes, as an optional monthly care plan: hosting, updates, fixes, small content changes, uptime and speed monitoring, and a monthly check-in. The price is not published yet, so ask us for pricing on a call. The site stays yours either way.
From the Website design page →Do you build websites for businesses in Australia?
Yes. We build for businesses in New Zealand and Australia from Auckland, and Australian builds are priced in AUD at $2,997 + GST.
From the Website design page →SEO and AI search
Getting found on Google, and quoted by AI assistants.
What is SEO?
SEO (search engine optimisation) is the work that helps your website get found in search results. It covers how the site is built, the words on each page, your local listings, and the measurement that shows what is working.
From the SEO page →What are GEO and AEO?
GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AEO (answer engine optimisation) are two names for making your business easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to find, understand and quote. In practice that means answer-shaped content, schema markup, an llms.txt file, clean HTML and the same facts everywhere.
From the SEO page →Can you guarantee a top ranking on Google or a mention in ChatGPT?
No, and no one can. No one controls what a model says or where Google ranks a page, and anyone promising a guaranteed ranking is selling something that does not exist. What we do is build and fix the things search engines and AI assistants rely on, and show you the results in Search Console and Analytics.
From the SEO page →How much does SEO cost?
There is no separate published price for SEO. It is included in every website we build and in the monthly Growth Partner, and anything else is scoped on a free 30-minute strategy call.
From the SEO page →What is an llms.txt file?
An llms.txt file is a plain-text summary of your business written for AI models: what you sell, who you serve, how you price and where to send people. It is the same idea as robots.txt, aimed at AI. You can read ours at oneadsphere.com/llms.txt.
From the SEO page →Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile?
Yes. We connect your Google Business Profile, add location pages where they make sense, and keep your name, address, phone and service area identical across your site, your schema and your profile.
From the SEO page →How will I know if it is working?
You will see it in Google Search Console and Analytics, which we install and verify from day one. They show the searches you appear for, the clicks you get and what visitors do next, so you are not guessing.
From the SEO page →Payments and ownership
What you pay, and what stays yours.
Who owns the website, the domain and the hosting?
You do. The domain and hosting are set up in your name, so the site is your asset, not something rented back to you.
From the Website design page →Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. Ad accounts, CRM, automations and dashboards are set up in your name.
From the Growth Partner page →Is the per-appointment rate really the only cost?
That’s it: from $95 + GST per confirmed appointment, priced by industry. We fund and manage the Meta and Google ad spend ourselves, so there’s nothing on top. No retainer, no setup fee, no lock-in.
From the Book a call page →What if I prepay and don’t use all the appointments?
Unused credits roll forward indefinitely against future appointments. Or, if you want them refunded, we’ll refund unused credits in full within 90 days of purchase, no questions asked.
From the Book a call page →The lead store
Buying leads direct, in batches.
What does a lead cost?
$60 + GST per lead (NZD), in batches of 15, 30 or 50: $900, $1,800 or $3,000 + GST. No retainer, no lock-in.
From the Lead store page →Where do the leads come from?
From consumer campaigns we build, run and fund ourselves, in insurance, real estate and solar. Our own funnels, not scraped lists or aggregator stock.
From the Lead store page →Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Leads are never resold, and each one is deduped against every lead in our system, so the same person is never sold twice.
From the Lead store page →How quickly do the leads arrive?
First leads within 24 hours of purchase. Each lead is deduped, checked against your criteria and emailed to you as it lands, until your batch is filled. Delivery can be by email, spreadsheet or straight into your CRM.
From the Lead store page →What if a lead has a wrong number or is a duplicate?
Wrong numbers and duplicates are replaced free: just reply to the delivery email within 7 days.
From the Lead store page →How do I pay for leads?
By secure card payment through Airwallex at checkout, with NZ GST added at payment.
From the Lead store page →Still have a question?
Ask it on a free 30-minute call, or email Sahil directly. We will tell you straight whether we are a fit.
