Speed-to-lead · First Voice, now part of OneAdsphere

Call new leads back in seconds, not hours.

People who fill in a form are often contacting several businesses at once. First Voice’s speed-to-lead calls new leads from Facebook Lead Ads, website forms and Google Ads lead forms typically within 60 seconds, during the calling hours you set, qualifies them and books them in.

How it works

The first business to call usually wins the job.

Calling back while they’re still thinking about it gives you the best chance of booking them.

1

A lead comes in

Someone fills in your Facebook Lead Ad, website form or Google Ads lead form.

2

First Voice calls them

Typically within 60 seconds of the lead reaching First Voice, during your calling hours.

3

It introduces itself honestly

It names your business and says it’s an AI assistant calling about their enquiry.

4

It qualifies and books

It asks your qualifying questions and books a time that suits, or takes a detailed message. You get the summary, transcript and recording.

How we know
  • How First Voice counted: Figures from First Voice’s own call records. Business hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, NZ time. Appointments are counted only where the booking system confirmed the booking. A lead counts as reached when the conversation lasted more than 15 seconds. Client names are withheld. I am using FirstVoice to call my leads as soon as they come in from Meta. The potential clients love that I contact them quicker than anyone. I am able to close more deals because I'm the first to them.

Calling hours

Fast, but never at 10pm.

You can narrow the window, but it never calls outside 8am to 9pm. After-hours leads get an instant text, then a call when the window opens. Sundays and public holidays are off by default.

Consent built in

Done properly, from the form to the call.

  • Consent wording for your forms and Facebook Lead Ads, supplied for you
  • Every call names your business and says it’s an AI assistant
  • Every text includes your business name and a working STOP option
  • Competition entries and free-download leads are not auto-called

Which one is right for you?

Speed-to-lead, or the Pickup System?

Both call every lead fast. The difference is who finds the leads, and how you pay.

Speed-to-lead

“We already get leads. We just can’t call them fast enough.”

First Voice speed-to-lead. Every lead from your ads and forms called back typically within 60 seconds, for a fixed monthly fee: an add-on from $297 a month on the Growth and Scale plans.

The Pickup System

“We want someone to find the leads too.”

The Pickup System by OneAdsphere. We run the Facebook and Instagram ads, AI voice calls every lead, and you pay per booked appointment, from $95 + GST. See the Pickup System.

Questions

Speed-to-lead, answered.

More on the Voice AI page.

How fast does it call new leads?

Typically within 60 seconds, measured from when the lead reaches First Voice. Facebook and other platforms can take a few minutes to send a lead through, which is outside anyone’s control.

Which lead sources work?

Facebook Lead Ads, website forms and Google Ads lead forms, plus any system that can send a lead instantly by webhook. Lead marketplaces that only release contact details after you accept a job can’t be called instantly.

What happens with leads that come in at night?

They get an instant text letting them know you’ll call, and First Voice calls them when your calling window opens. It doesn’t call people late at night.

What if the lead doesn’t answer?

It follows up with a text and retries a limited number of times, based on rules agreed with you. It won’t keep ringing someone who doesn’t want to be called.

Is it legal to call leads automatically in New Zealand?

Calling someone who has just asked to be contacted about your service is generally treated as invited contact, but consent wording, calling hours, honest AI disclosure and opt-outs all matter, and they are built in. This is general information, not legal advice.

How much does speed-to-lead cost?

It is an add-on from $297 a month on the First Voice Growth and Scale plans (NZ dollars).

How do people know the call isn’t a scam?

Speed-to-lead calls only go to people who have just sent an enquiry to that business. They say up front that it is an AI assistant calling on the business’s behalf, and they never ask for card numbers, passwords or codes.
