Qualified means qualified.
Here's the system that makes it true.
Most lead generation companies sell volume. We sell qualification. Before a single ad runs, we agree the exact questions every lead must answer and the thresholds that count as qualified. Leads that don't pass aren't billed. Ever.
What makes a lead actually qualified.
Four non-negotiables that separate a real qualification system from a lead farm with a fancy form.
Dedicated campaign per client
Not a shared lead pool. Every campaign is built around your brand, your face, your customer profile. Leads see you before they ever see us.
Signed-off qualifying questions
Before launch we send you a Campaign Document with the exact 3-4 questions every lead must answer and the thresholds that count as qualified. You sign off. That becomes the billing contract.
AI qualification within 60 seconds (Voice AI + SMS + chatbot)
The moment a lead submits, our AI stack (Voice AI + SMS + chatbot) — trained on your knowledge base, in your tone — engages them. Confirms identity, verifies thresholds, books the appointment, drops it into your calendar.
Pay only for confirmed appointments
With the AI Conversion Engine, billing only fires when there's a confirmed time on your calendar — $150 + GST per confirmed appointment. Not on lead submission. Not on contact attempt. On a booked appointment.
What happens after a prospect clicks your ad.
The minute they click, your brand starts working. We automate every touchpoint so the lead arrives warm — not cold.
0 seconds
Lead clicks your dedicated ad with your face, your brand, your offer.
10 seconds
Lands on a funnel branded as yours — not OneAdsphere.
30 seconds
Submits the multi-step qualifying form (3-4 questions you signed off on).
60 seconds
Branded intro email lands: "Hi, [Your Name] from [Your Company] will be in touch shortly" — your logo, your photo, a paragraph about who you are.
90 seconds
Our AI stack (Voice AI + SMS + chatbot) engages using your script and knowledge base — or your team, your choice.
5 minutes
Appointment confirmed in your calendar with full transcript and call sentiment.
Day 2 onwards
If they didn't book, branded nurture sequence kicks in: client stories, educational content, social proof — until they're ready.
The lead never wonders who you are by the time you speak to them.
Every email, every SMS, every voice call and every chatbot reply carries your brand — not ours. By the time your sales team picks up the phone, the prospect already feels they know you.
What "qualified" actually means — by industry.
Every vertical gets its own question set. These are the typical thresholds we agree with clients. Yours can be tighter or wider.

How the system gets smarter every week.
Every converted lead trains the algorithm to find more like them. This is why our cost per qualified lead drops, not rises, over time.
From appointment to algorithm — clean signal, every time.
Step 1. Lead converts to a booked appointment.
Step 2. We push that conversion event back to Meta via the Conversions API.
Step 3. Meta's algorithm learns the demographic and behavioural patterns of converters.
Step 4. It serves your ads to more lookalikes.
Step 5. Cost-per-qualified-lead drops within 7–14 days.
Lead farms can't do this.
They sell the same leads to multiple buyers, so conversion data is fragmented across companies and the algorithm never optimises. Because every campaign we run is dedicated to one client, the feedback loop is clean — every signal goes back to one ad account, training one pixel, on one ideal customer profile.
The Campaign Document. Sign-off before a single dollar is spent.
Most agencies launch and hope. We sign off the contract first.
What's in the Campaign Document
- The 3-4 qualifying questions in the order they'll appear
- Each threshold (e.g. "Loan amount > $500K = qualified")
- The disqualifiers (the buckets that won't be billed)
- The ad copy direction and tone
- The branded intro email content and design
- The AI stack (Voice AI + SMS + chatbot) script and knowledge base
- Your CRM integration approach
If you want changes — different language, different photo, tighter threshold — you tell us before we go live. Once you sign it, that's the billing contract.
The most important sentence on this page:
"You only pay when there's a confirmed appointment on your calendar — $150 + GST each."
Not when a lead submits a form. Not when the AI tries to call. Not when an SMS goes unanswered. We only invoice once an appointment is confirmed in your calendar with the verified prospect.
If 50 leads come through to deliver 30 confirmed appointments, you pay for 30. Not 50.
Lead farms vs. generalists vs. OneAdsphere.

Common questions about how we qualify.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is one that passes the 3-4 questions and thresholds you signed off in your Campaign Document, was contactable through your chosen channel, and meets your territory and timeline criteria. Anything outside those parameters is filtered out and never billed.
Do you guarantee a number of leads or appointments?
We commit to a monthly minimum of confirmed appointments agreed upfront (typically 20–30 per month at $150 + GST each). If we under-deliver in a given month, the shortfall rolls to the next month. You never lose what you've paid for.
How long does it take to launch a qualified campaign?
Three business days from your onboarding call to live ads. Onboarding takes 60 minutes — that's where we capture the qualifying questions, brand assets, and customer profile. The next two days are Campaign Document, your sign-off, and build.
Can I see the exact ads and emails before they go live?
Yes. The Campaign Document includes every ad variant, the branded intro email, the AI voice script, and the qualification form. You sign it off line by line. Nothing runs without your approval.
What if a lead lies on the form?
That's where our AI stack (Voice AI + SMS + chatbot) comes in — within 60 seconds of submission. The AI verifies the thresholds across whichever channel the lead engages on before the appointment is confirmed. Leads that don't verify aren't billed, even if the form said they qualified.
Do you work with competing companies in the same vertical?
No, not in the same region. We cap the number of partners per vertical per geography — for example, we work with a maximum of 4 mortgage advisers nationally in NZ. Territories are protected, and we'll tell you which territories are taken on the discovery call.
What if my industry isn't on your list?
We specialise in 5 verticals: solar, insurance, mortgage and finance, real estate, and professional services. The framework can adapt to adjacent verticals if your average customer value is over $2,000 and your sales process closes by phone. Book a call and we'll tell you yes or no honestly.
How is this different from buying leads from a marketplace?
Lead marketplaces sell the same lead to 3–5 buyers, with minimal qualification and zero brand experience. You're racing competitors to call the same person. Our model is the opposite: one client per region, dedicated campaign, branded touchpoints, AI qualification across Voice AI + SMS + chatbot, and $150 + GST per confirmed appointment billing. Different product entirely.
